1. Acceptance of terms and conditions.

By viewing, using, accessing, browsing, or submitting any content or material on the Roam & Loom Online Order System, you agree to our Website Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively our “Terms & Conditions”) as a binding legal agreement between you and Roam & Loom.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use the Roam & Loom Online Order System.

2. Use of the Roam & Loom online order System.

The Roam and loom Online Order System is only for purchase and delivery of Roam & Loom products within New Zealand. Not all products can be purchased online. Roam and Loom takes no responsibility for any transactions which may occur as a result of a disclosure by you of your password to third parties.

3. Orders

Roam & Loom reserve the right at our absolute discretion to decline or accept
Orders made through the Roam & Loom Online Order System. Any automatic
acknowledgements for such Orders are contingent on our view of any risks, potential delays, or other issues that may arise that are beyond the control of Roam and Loom Online Order System. You authorise our agents to charge all fees incurred to the credit card designated by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due on demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to adjust prices as necessary, without notice. Full payment for products must be made at the time you place your Order.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated dates will depend on where your product is being
delivered. Delivery charges and estimated date of delivery will depend on where your order is being delivered to. Products purchased on-line can only be delivered within New Zealand.

You must ensure correct delivery address and access details are provided to us. We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date. Under theNew Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we have a statutory obligation to deliver goods within a reasonable time. So long as the goods are delivered within a reasonable time, you agree that freedom is not and will not be
liable for any loss or damage, however it may arise, if the products are not delivered by the estimated delivery date. Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be made because an appropriate person is not present, a card will be left, and you are responsible for arranging collection from the address identified on the card or booking a new delivery.

7. Risk

Risk in Roam and Loom products passes on delivery of the products to the customer or its' nominated agent or representative. Title passes on delivery of the products to the customer and receipt by Roam and Loom of full payment.


Roam and Loom products are made by people and not mass-produced using machines. Small imperfections or differences in shape, size and colour may occur
and are part of the character of our handmade product’s. The handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be a fault, our items are handmade and while the colour reproduction, in our printed and electronic media, is a close representation, every piece is individual and variations in actual goods may occur. We cannot accept any responsibility for these variations.  Our fabrics are made from natural Fibre’s and might have natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns which are not weaving faults and therefore not considered faults by us as a company. Our furniture has been handcrafted by skilled makers and artisan’s that produce distinctive design’s that will bring pleasure for years to come.
